Ramstein Summer Lounge with “Acoustic Colour”
Throughout July the Ramstein Summer Lounge series takes place each Friday evening on the open-air stage in front of the Congress Center Ramstein next to the Ramstein bus station. This year´s event series ends with the performance of the band “Acoustic Colour”. Through its nationwide concerts the quintet is known far beyond the city boundaries and has proven their quality several times live on German television. The ensemble´s repertoire includes genres of soul, jazz and pop. These five passionate artists take you on a musical journey in a class of its own. The band starts performing at 7 p.m. Admittance is from 6 p.m. Guests will have reserved seats at tables! The restaurant “Die Bühne-Backstage” serves food and drinks. Friday, July 29 – Sunday, July 31:
City Festival in Zweibrücken
Zweibrücken, the so-called “City of Roses”, hosts its annual city festival this weekend. Various artists and music bands entertain the visitors on 8 stages throughout the city center. The music program ranges from rock and hard rock, punk to pop, as well as German Schlager music and evergreens. A stage for the younger audience, with party music from DJs will be located at the Alexanderplatz. On Sunday the program starts with an open-air church service at 10:30 a.m. On all three days a funfair is set up on Goetheplatz and there will be a Ferris wheel at the Schlossplatz. Local specialties and beverages are available at 150 stands. The event starts on Friday at 6 p.m., on Saturday at 3 p.m. and Sunday at 10:30 a.m. Free admission!

Schlosspark Festival in Trippstadt
The Schlosspark Festival is an open air event which takes place next to the baroque sandstone building known as “Barockschloss Trippstadt”. The festival features musical entertainment, a wine lounge, culinary specialties, cocktails and much more. On Friday “DJ Freddy” and “Acoustic Nation” perform live on stage. The band “Sergeant” and “DJ Freddy” entertains the visitors on Saturday. On Sunday the event continues with a techno dancing rave. The festival starts on Friday at 5 p.m., Saturday at 4:30 p.m. and Sunday at noon. Tickets for Friday and Saturday are € 15.48 per person. Tickets for Sunday are € 18.59 per person. A combo ticket for Friday & Saturday is available at the price of € 26.87.
