The event will take place on the market square in front of the Congress Center in the city center of Ramstein. It starts at 11 a.m. More than 20 beekeepers offer local honey in its diverse, natural form. In addition to the blossom or summer honeys, special varieties are also presented. These include rapeseed, chestnut or lime blossom honey. All types of honey can be tasted and purchased. The beekeepers come from the municipalities of Ramstein-Miesenbach, Landstuhl, Weilerbach and Kaiserslautern. They will provide insights into beekeeping and present products from beekeeping such as wax, candles, soap, mead or propolis and pollen. The fruit and horticultural associations of Kottweiler-Schwanden and Miesenbach as well as the nature conservation group “Moorklee” from Hütschenhausen are also present. In addition to the possibilities of garden design and planting, valuable nature conservation and care measures are presented. Experts are happy to answer any questions.
