Brothers in Arms - DIRE STRAITS Tribute - at Congress Center Ramstein

“Brothers in Arms” is named after the song and album by the legendary British rock band DIRE STRAIS. For 20 years now, "Brothers in Arms" has been one of the most successful tribute bands in Germany and has a large fan base. The members are in no way inferior to the original and promise an impressive musical live experience. The audience can look forward to worldwide hits such as "Expresso Love", "Sultans Of Swing", "Telegraph Road", "Money For Nothing", "Latest Trick" and "Brothers In Arms". “Time Travel” – English Tour in Otterberg

Get on the rustic, horse-drawn covered wagon, and travel back in time through the city of Otterberg. The tour combines tradition and modern age. With virtual reality glasses you immerse yourself in days gone by: from the time of the monastery in 1254 to the Walloon town in 1615. Imagine the wind in your face, feel the jerking of the wagon, hear the clattering of the horses' hooves, and feel completely transported back to the past. After the carriage ride, a visit to the stately Otterberg Abbey Church awaits you as part of an English guided tour. Here you learn about the exciting history of the church, and you experience the incomparable atmosphere, live, no longer virtually but the real present-day occurrences. The “Time Travel” tour starts at 2.30 p.m. and takes approx. 1.5 hours. Participation fee is € 45 for adults and € 40 for children and students. Traditional „Schlachtfest“ in Niedermohr

The volunteer fire department of Niedermohr cordially invites you to its so-called “Schlachtfest” (Slaughter Fest). The festival starts at 6 p.m. and takes place on the grounds of the fire department. Freshly tapped beer and traditional German dishes such as boiled pig, bratwurst, liver dumplings and specialties from freshly slaughtered pig are offered.

Charity Concert by Fused - at Congress Center Ramstein

FUSED members have been on stage together for 15 years now. Five crazy and sympathetic thoroughbred musicians play a rock concert. Proceeds will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House in Homburg. Stefan Ahme (lead vocalist/guitar), Philipp Tulius (lead guitar/vocalist), René Grub (guitar/vocalist), Johannes Kronenberger (bass/vocalist) as well as Martin Drumm (drums/vocalist) are looking forward to a great party. Opening act is singer-songwriter Finn Raber (vocalist/guitar). With his unique voice he makes not only women's hearts beat faster. Afterwards, DJ Raimar will provide the right beats for the after-show party. Thanks to the support of sponsors, every ticket becomes a donation! Sunday, October 15:

Choir Concert at the Ramstein Catholic Church

The Ramstein Catholic Church “Saint Nikolaus” will be the venue for a choir concert on Sunday evening. Three choirs will be performing: the Ramstein-Miesenbach Church Choir conducted by Carmen Backes, the Kolping-Singers Obermohr with their conductor Sabine Huber and the Taizé Choir Schönenberg-Kübelberg conducted by Stefan Pappon. The German concert motto is “Danke für die Lieder” (English translation “Thank you for the songs”). In the first part of the evening the choirs will present spiritual songs, in the second part secular songs. The concert starts at 6 p.m. Admission is free – voluntary donations are welcome!
