Dear customer,

Stadtwerke Ramstein-Miesenbach have decided to offer you more flexibility for the upcoming 2024 annual meter reading and not to send meter readers on site.

We need to determine your meter readings for the annual billing and ask for your help.

You will receive an information letter from us at the end of November/beginning of December. In it you will find all the necessary details for reading your electricity, gas, water and liquefied gas meters.

After receiving the information letter, you have the following options for transmission:

Internet: You can use our online service “Annual reading 2024” on our website www.Stadtwerke-Ramstein.de for this purpose. To register, please select your customer number and enter your electricity, gas, water or liquefied gas consumption point. You will receive a registration mask for your meters. Please enter the meter readings and confirm the entry. You will receive confirmation that the meter readings have been transmitted and can view them as the last meter reading entered the next time you access the portal.

QR-Code: Scan the QR code printed on this letter with your cell phone / tablet and you will be automatically redirected to the “Annual meter reading 2024” online service or to the entry screen. Please enter the meter readings and confirm the entry. You will receive confirmation that the meter readings have been transmitted and can view them as the last meter reading entered the next time you access the portal.

In Person: You are welcome to complete the enclosed meter reading form and hand it in to our customer service department, drop it in our letterbox (to the left of the entrance door) or send it by fax to 06371 592 303 or by e-mail to ablesung@stadtwerke-ramsteinde.

Please enter the customer number (see contract confirmation or invoice), name and address as well as the meter number(s) with meter reading.

In order to avoid estimates, we request that you submit your meter readings by 08.01.2025 at the latest.
