Annual meter reading 2025 – Simple, fast, and secure via QR code

The Stadtwerke Ramstein-Miesenbach GmbH are starting the annual meter reading for 2025. Letters will be sent to all customers starting December 5, 2025. These letters will contain all the important information you need to submit your meter readings.

The most convenient way:

The letter will contain a QR code that will take you directly to the online portal. Your meter will already be correctly assigned there – mix-ups are impossible. After entering your meter reading, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

NEW: Photo upload for greater security

To make the reading even easier and more secure, you can also upload a photo of your meter. This ensures that all data is recorded correctly.

Alternatively, you can also log in to the portal with the meter reading number and password provided.

Other options:

If you do not wish to use the digital method, you can use the detachment card from the cover letter:

• Drop it in the Stadtwerke mailbox (Am Neuen Markt 8, Ramstein-Miesenbach)
• Send it by mail to the printed recipient address (postage paid by Stadtwerke)
• Take a photo and send it via WhatsApp to the number provided in the cover letter.

Notes:

Meter readings must be submitted by December 31, 2025. If no reading is submitted, consumption will be estimated.

You may receive several letters – for example, for your photovoltaic system. This will be read in a separate letter. Please note that each letter must be processed separately.

Meter readings will not be accepted by telephone or email. Please use only the specified methods.
